The Twin River girls fell behind 8-0 early vs Howells Dodge on Friday night, trailed 15-5 after one quarter and could not recover losing by a final score of 47-27.

Coach Pilakowski said, “The girls did a reasonably good job on defense after the slow start. We kept them within shouting distance for quite a while before we were forced to pressure and foul late in the game. We have still not given up on improving but unfortunately it is getting late in the season with subdistricts coming up in a few weeks. We are likely to have a couple of conference rematches here coming up so we will see if adjustments and improvements can be made to get us heading in a more positive direction.”

The Titans were led in scoring by Clara Preister with 13 points. Delaney Reeg tallied 5, Chloe Pilakowski 6, and Hannah Yrkoski rounded out the scoring with 3 points for Twin River.
